School uniforms will be worn beginning September 5th, 2006.  Warm weather uniforms may be worn August 23 - September 1st.  School uniforms can be purchased at:

When purchasing school shoes for your child / ren please keep in mind that:

• BLACK WALKING SHOES, ATHLETIC SHOES and HIKING BOOTS are NOT part of the Notre Dame School uniform code.
• No more than a 1" heel on school shoes are allowed.
• No logos on shirts or socks
• Religious necklaces only

Appropriate hair cuts are required for both boys and girls. Tails, mohawks or designer fads are not appropriate for hair style

If your child is out of the required uniform attire, please send a note of explanation with him/her. Detentions are issued for uniform dress code violations.

Boys: (to top)

• Navy blue pants
• Belts must be worn
• Light blue polo (junior high boys may wear a light blue oxford shirt).
• Dress shoes (Black gym, walking or hiking boots ARE NOT allowed.)
• Solid navy cardigan or v-neck sweater
• Solid white or dark socks
• No holes are tears allowed in slacks or shirts.

Girls: (to top)

• Plaid shift jumper or skirt (varies at grade level)
• White blouse
• Dress shoes (canvas type shoes ARE NOT allowed). Winter hiking boots are not considered part of the uniform dress code
• A solid navy or read sweater may be worn.
• Solid white, blue, read socks or tights, anklet or knee highs. Spandex or 3/4 tights aren't allowed.
• Green slacks ordered through Schoolbelles may be worn Nov. 1st to March 1st.
• NO make-up or dangling earrings are allowed. Fad jewelry is not allowed.
• Mod or trendy fashions and make-up are not permitted.
• Skirts and jumpers must be at the knee.
  

Warm Weather Uniform: (to top)

• See Calendar for exact dates.
• Shorts: Solid color navy blue or khaki walking short. Shorts must not be below the knee or above the mid-thigh. A belt must be worn. No denim allowed. No skorts are allowed.
• Top: Solid color polo with a collar or the school uniform polo/blouse must be worn and tucked into shorts. No logos are allowed on the polo / blouse.
• Shoes: School shoes. No sandals or gym shoes.
• Socks: Solid color socks are to be worn up over the ankle. No logos are allowed on the socks
