Mrs. Acks grew up on the south side of Chicago in the community of Roseland.  She attended the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana majoring in Finance and Economics.  Recently she returned to National Louis University to complete her Masters of Teaching in Secondary Education.  She is married and has one son.  She joined Notre Dame in 2007.  Wish Mrs. Acks a happy birthday on June 11th!

Mrs. Schmid grew up in Westmont, IL, along with two brothers.. She has a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from North Central College in Naperville. She has a middle school endorsement in mathematics from North Central.  Mrs. Schmid taught math one year at Westmont High School. Wish her a happy birthday on March 3rd.

Mrs. Brown grew up in Grand Rapids Michigan. She attending Grand Valley State University and has a
Master's degree in Teaching and Education Leadership from St. Xavier University in Chicago. 
She is married and has two grown sons a sons and twin granddaughters. She began teaching at
Notre Dame in 2006. Mrs. Brown has thirty plus years of teaching experience.
